An artistic project in any discipline supported by Pro Helvetia as part of an equal artistic cooperation between partners from Switzerland and from a region covered by Pro Helvetia liaison offices.
For Whom
Two artist partners – individuals, duos or collectives – whose collaboration was initiated as part of a residency, a research trip or previous joint projects. The prerequisite is that one partner has a connection to Switzerland and the other is artistically active in a region covered by a Pro Helvetia liaison office (see list of countries below).
Selection Criteria
- One partner is a Swiss citizen or permanent resident in Switzerland and can prove a regular artistic presence at relevant events in Switzerland.
- One partner is artistically active in a region covered by a Pro Helvetia liaison office.
- At least one partner has completed a research trip or residency in the other partner’s region. Alternatively, references to previous joint projects should be provided.
- The application must be created jointly by both partners.
- The co-creation process can begin no earlier than 1 October and must be completed within 18 months.
