Kunstenfestivaldesarts has announced new job and internship opportunities as preparations begin for the 2026 festival edition. The Brussels-based festival, which presents multidisciplinary works by artists from around the world, is seeking to expand its team with positions focused on audience engagement, communication, and production.
Job Opportunity: Audience Engagement Collaborator
The festival is recruiting an Audience Engagement collaborator, who will be responsible for developing and implementing initiatives that strengthen relationships between the festival, its audiences, and the wider community. The position involves audience research, engagement strategy, and coordination of participatory projects.

Internship Opportunities
Kunstenfestivaldesarts is also offering several internship positions for those interested in gaining experience within an international performing arts festival. The internships are available in both French and Dutch (FR · NL) and cover a range of focus areas, including:

- Production – 2 months
- Production – 4 months
