COLLECTOR. is designed to amplify the focus on the business of art – its movement, purchase, provenance, and monetary value. It is also a zone in which we enshrine design. While some might see a difference between the two, we at COLLECTOR. look for synergies. After Degas, it’s all about “what you make others see”.

In this, our second issue, we continue to explore new developments in the auction market, interviewing and profiling market place thought-leaders, artists and designers. We also focus on specialist services within the industry that produce and package the work that often ends up in the auction house, and in these pages.
